Fall Fun

We are having a busy and fun October so far.  The weather has been nice for the most part and John is getting excited for Halloween.  Our festivities began this weekend with our annual Zoo Boo trick or treating.  We actually went twice this year, once on Friday with some friends and then again on Saturday with my family.  We tried to convince John to be a Colts football player, sine we already had the uniform, but he really wanted to be Spider-Man.  I ended up finding a good deal on a costume and figured we had plenty of costume wearing events, so he can alternate.

Last night we were getting ready to leave for the Zoo Boo as Spider-Man, but John was not happy that his shoes weren't Spider-Man colors so he decided to make a last minute switch to a football player.  This morning I helped my sister at a Mom to Mom sale and as I was walking around, I spotted a pair of Spider-Man tennis shoes in John's size for $2.00.  Score!  So he was Spider-Man tonight!  So two nights, two costumes.  We all had a great time!

We went to the cider mill last weekend and picked out some pumpkins.  Enjoy some pictures from our last few weeks!

So excited when his costume came in the mail!

John's "homework" for preschool...to make a jack o' lantern.  He was so proud!

On our way to Zoo Boo, night one.
